Affordability
Assess a price, find your max, or the salary you'd need.
The home affordability calculator applies the three limits a Singapore bank applies — Total Debt Servicing Ratio at the stress floor, the Mortgage Servicing Ratio for HDB and EC, and Loan-to-Value by how many home loans you already carry — and works forward to the cash you need on the day after CPF, stamp duty and legal fees. Three modes: assess a price, find your maximum, or the income a price needs.
What you enter

- Your package rate, for the real monthly beside the stress-tested one
What you get
- Maximum loan and which limit bound it
- Downpayment split, BSD, ABSD, legal fees, and the minimum cash after CPF
- Monthly at the stress floor and at your rate
